The opening ceremony for the new documentary TV series I Love You, China took place in , capital of Central China's Hunan Province, on April 18.
The program is co-produced by Mango TV (an affiliate of Hunan TV), Hunan Broadcasting System and People's Daily, under the guidance of the Office of Hunan Cyberspace Affairs Commission.
I Love You, China has four episodes in total. It focuses on Chinese soldiers, environmentalists, scientists and reformers, respectively, telling stories about patriotism, struggle for a better life and their faith in a bright future.
The production team on the show exerted great efforts, spending nearly 100 hours shooting the first episode, recording the lives of seven Chinese soldiers.
The program will be broadcast at 10 a.m every day from April 28-May 4 on Mango TV.
